Mr. Krist, I had the honored to experience being your guardian on South Alabama Honor Flight last May. Due to you and your generation''s sacrifice, I and the rest of the world experience the freedoms we enjoy. Thank you for sharing so many memories. May God grant your family peace and strength as they cope with their loss of a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and PATRIOT!!

There are so many wonderful memories of our families celebrating life and faith together -- birthdays, weddings, holidays. Our thoughts and prayers are with you today as you recall those memories and so many more. May you know God's strong presence with you as you grieve your loss, but also as you celebrate life once again. Love, Paul
