     Larry Davis Jones, age 69, resident of Satsuma, AL, departed this life on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at his home.

     Mr. Jones is survived by his beloved wife Rebecca Jones, two daughters; Teresa (Danny) Goldman, and Laurie Jones, one son; Brian (Theresa) Jones, eight grandchildren; Anthony, Paige, Joshua, Taylor, Bradley, Jacob, Ethan, and Olivia, three great grandchildren; Liam, Hunter, and Kylie, and many other family and friends. 

     The family asks in lieu of flowers please make donations to Redemption Church.

     Visitation for Larry will be held on Monday, October 3, 2016 from 11 am to 1 pm at Valhalla Memorial Funeral Home. Chapel services will follow at 1 pm. Interment will be in Valhalla Memorial Gardens.

We were saddened to learn of Larry's passing. He was a good man and a good friend. We will always remember the good times we shared. I am sure he is still very much alive in and with Jesus Christ.

Larry was the sweetest, kindest, jolliest friend I've ever had the pleasure of working with these past 25 years. I will miss him dearly. See you in That Morning, Laŗry.

We will miss Larry. The only joy is knowing he is with his savior and will be with him forever, never to experience sorrow again. Thank you Jesus for loving my friend.

My heartfelt condolences to Becky and family on Larry's passing .Larry was my neighbor and big brother growing up,l always wished I could play sports like him. Larry ,thanks for always making me feel special, see you on the other side!
