Obituary
Albert Lee Bunch passed away Thursday, November 17, 2022 at a Mobile, Alabama hospital. He was 90. Albert was born September 17, 1932 in Brashear, Texas to Earnest Albert ”Jack” and Dovie Bunch. He was the oldest of 6 children. Albert was a Gunnery Sergeant in the Marine Corps 1953 - 1972, with service in both Korea and Vietnam. He was faithful in church and enjoyed attending church fellowships and singings. He wrote many worship songs throughout his life that he loved to sing. Albert was faithful to pass down his Faith in God, love of family and patriotism to America to his children and grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 50 years, Gail Louise Hinckley Bunch; 2 daughters, Laurie Jane and Toni Sue Bunch; 3 brothers, Hubert, Larry and Sammy. Albert was also preceded in death by his second wife of 6 years, Mabelene Hamblin Bunch.
Albert is survived by 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Allen and Stephanie Bunch of DeKalb, Texas, Barry and Cindy Bunch of Tyler, Texas and 1 daughter, Angela Bunch of Pensacola, Florida; a brother, Billy Bunch; a sister, Peggy Bunch McCormick; 11 grandchildren, Bryndy Bunch, Nathan Bunch, Kayla Stevens, Maggie Bunch, Micah Bunch, Mercy Bunch; Tasman Keel, Tristan Bunch; Kyle and wife Kriston Bunch, Kayla Ross; 6 great grandchildren, Alyssa, Javier, Kylie, Karlee, Kamdyn, Layla; and numerous other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be scheduled, at a later date
