Benjamin Gordon Miller, Jr.

     Benjamin Gordon Miller, Jr. passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at his home in Mobile, AL. Gordon worked for the City of Mobile for 27 years, retiring in 2002 as Maintenance Supervisor for the Police Headquarters. He is preceded in death by his parents; Benjamin Miller, Sr. and Hattie (Nee Thomas) Miller, his sister; Pamela (Sonny) Douglas, and his nephew; Robbie Alawine. 

    Gordon is survived by his wife of 47 years; Debra (Nee Thomas) Miller, his children; Chris Miller & Deanna Miller, his sister; Jeanette (Jimmy) Alawine, brother; Patrick (Teresa) Miller, and his nieces and nephews. 

    The visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. from  Valhalla Funeral Home in Eight Mile, AL. The chapel service will begin at 12:00 p.m. Internment will follow in Valhalla Memorial Gardens.
