Betty Lane (Andrews) Cobb

   Betty Lane Andrews Cobb, 76, A resident of Wilmer, Alabama passed away on April 27, 2024. She was born on May 12, 1947. She loved her job as both pastor's wife and working as a caregiver. She loved her church family and friends. She had many talents as a singer, Sunday school teacher, and trusted friend. She was one of the founding members of Faith Baptist Church on Jack Williams Road in Wilmer, Alabama. She had many hobbies and interest. She is preceded in death by her father; Remus Andrews, mother; Mary Chancler, and loving husband; Robert Cobb.

   She is survived by her son; John (Kristie) Cobb, sister; Mary (Larry) Long, brother; Billie Joe Andrews, sisters-in-law; T.C Phillips, Vickie (John) Appel, Betty Jean Smith, Benny Peck, Betty Ann Cobb; grandkids, Kristin, Alyssa, Joshua, Britnee, great-grandchildren; Silas, Skylon, Skarlet, Hayes, Xander, Elianna, nieces; Theresa, Cora, Venessa, Regina, Debbie, Rita, nephews; Michael and many friends she loved so dear.

 Visitation will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024, from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm from Valhalla Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow in Valhalla Memorial Gardens.
