Brittany Lyn Chruma

Brittany Lyn Chruma, born Oct. 24, 1989, a native of Mobile, AL and resident of San Diego, CA, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2020. She was active duty military serving on the U.S.S. Fitzgerald in San Diego, CA. Navel Base. Throughout her deployments her travel included Turkey, Dubai, Bahrain, Jordan, Malta, Spain, Greece, Italy, and Japan. Petty Officer 2nd Class Chruma has led, mentored, and recognized the contributions of the Sailors serving with her. Without question, her personal initiative and unswerving devotion to duty for over 10 years of service reflects credit upon herself and, are keeping with the highest tradition's and standards of the United States Navy. She is preceded in death by her father, Kelley Chruma, Sr., a brother, Garrett Chruma, and a grandfather, Tommy Moody. She is survived by her mother, Cindy Chruma, a brother, Kelley (Saranya) Chruma, Jr., spouse, MiKyra All, paternal grandparents, Gary (Anne) Chruma, maternal grandmother, Betty Moody, and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from Valhalla Memorial Funeral Home on Monday, Aug. 10, 2020 from 11:00 until 12:00 PM.  PRIVATE CHAPEL SERVICE FOR FAMILY AND MILITARY PERSONNEL ONLY will follow at 12:00pm friends can meet at graveside  interment in Valhalla Memorial Gardens.
