Eugene Jasper Cowart

         Eugene Jasper Cowart, a 67-year-old long-time resident of Mobile, Alabama, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 16, 2021. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He retired as a General Contractor, and as a retiree he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Gene was the kind of guy that never met a stranger; a Bama fan that always "let the good times roll". He loved good music and enjoyed playing the guitar and singing in a local rock 'n' roll band.

        He is survived by his brother; Possie "Bud" Cowart, his two sons; Tristan (Andrea) Cowart, and Shane (Lindy) Cowart, and his five grandchildren; Alydia Cowart (Lindsay Sansone), Ayden Cowart, Kyra Adams Cowart, Briseis Cowart, and Celia Cowart, as well as many other close relatives and friends. He is dearly missed by all, and will forever be loved... "All My Heart".

      Funeral services will be held at Valhalla Memorial Funeral Home on Friday, April 30, 2021. Visitation is open to the public at 5:00pm; Chapel Service at 6:00pm.
