Fannie Matilda (Johnson) Lindsey

    Fannie Johnson Lindsey, 87, of Mobile, AL, passed away on December 12, 2025. She was born in Sylvester, GA, on September 20, 1938, to the late Deli Johnson and Lucile Bryant Johnson.

    She is survived by her daughters, Jorene Havens, Bernadene Dearmon (Joe), Bessie Dean (Carl), Norma Pace, and Sherry Dean; one sister, Beckie Nelms; grandchildren, Melissa, Joe, Paul, Timothy, Lindsey, Angela, Jennifer, and Robert; and a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

    A visitation will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Valhalla Memorial Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by a chapel service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Valhalla Memorial Gardens.
