Floyd Lewis Parker Jr.

Floyd Lewis Parker, Jr. (Louie), 69, passed away on September 9, 2024.  Louie was born on October 11, 1954, and he was a longtime resident of Wilmer, Alabama.  He married the love of his life, Katherine Parker, in 1980, and they enjoyed 44 beautiful years of marriage together before she preceded him in death on July 19th, 2024. He is also preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Pearl Parker.

Louie is survived by his son: Lew Parker, daughter: Liza (Sean) Eichhorn, two brothers: Bobby (Kay) Parker, Brian (Tina) Parker, one sister; Sherri (Mark) Bates, five grandchildren: Luke Creel, Ty Creel, Jessy Creel, Charli Creel (their mother, Samantha Creel) and Peter Eichhorn along with many nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. 

A memorial service for Louie will be held on Tuesday September 24th, 2024, at Valhalla Funeral home from 10:00am-11:00am with burial following in Valhalla Memorial Gardens.
