Gloria Henry Dean

    Gloria Henry Dean, 90, of Eight Mile, AL, passed away peacefully at her home on May 21, 2025. She was born February 12, 1935, to the late Patrick Henry and Nina Robinson.

    She is survived by her husband, George W. Dean Sr.; four children, Toni Dean Bollier (Bill), George W. Dean Jr. (Bridget), Gary L. Dean (Patricia), Victor L. Dean (Khris); nine grandchildren, Jennifer L. Carrera (Dion), Stanley C. Ferrell (Jessica), Kevin J. Hamm (Sara), Ashley E. Hardee (Tray), Jordan Dean, Carley Dean, Abigail Dean, Stephanie Dean, Christina Dean; ten great grandchildren, Christopher L. Barnett, Morgan E. Mitchell, Dalaney Belle Bosarge, Noah R. Mitchell, Ayden P. Hamm, Sadie J. Ferrell, Charlotte A. Prall, Jayce W. Hamm, Macie K. Hamm, "Baby" Lofton Hardee; one great-great grandchild, Colton S. Barnett.

    A visitation will be held on Friday May 23, 2025, at Crawford Baptist Church 3000 Sun Valley Dr, Mobile, AL 36618 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. followed by a service at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be at Valhalla Memorial Gardens.
