Haley Mulkey Richardson

   On Friday, August 20, 2021, beloved daughter, sister, aunt, wife, and mother Haley Mulkey Richardson passed away in USA Health University Hospital's covid unit at the age of 32. She was preceded in death by her unborn daughter, Ryleigh Beth Richardson.

   Haley was born on November 12, 1988 in Mobile, Alabama to Guy Wayne and Julie Minton Mulkey. Haley received a nursing degree from the University of West Florida, and worked as a registered nurse in labor and delivery triage at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. On December 12, 2015, Haley married her best friend, Jordan Denny Richardson, and was blessed with one daughter, Katherine (Katie) Lee Richardson, on August 31, 2018.

   A beautiful, talented, fun-loving young woman, Haley often called herself a "jack of all trades, master of none", loved music, pets, gardening, horseback riding, going to the beach, and most of all being a wife and mother. She loved people and was a friend to many. Haley was a devout Christian who lived her faith daily. She met and served her patients with love and care. 

  She is survived by her parents; one sister, Amanda C. Mulkey; one nephew, Patrick Christiansen; her husband, Jordan Denny Richardson; one daughter, Katherine Richardson; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins in her extended family of Mulkey, Mintons, Doughtons, and Proctors.

   A celebration of life will be held at a later time.
