Hazel Ann (Hendry) Orso

 Hazel Ann Hendry Orso, 81, of Chunchula, AL, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024.

 She was born on July 9, 1942. She was preceded in death by her husband, L.T. Orso, and her son, Terry Orso. Hazel worked as a cosmetologist and a floral designer before retiring. She was a lifelong member of Gulfcrest Baptist Church.

 She is survived by her daughter, Wanda (Mark) Frost of Louisville, KY; her granddaughter, Heather Frost of Louisville, KY; her brother, Don (Ruby) Hendry; and several nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.

  A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 8, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. from Gulfcrest Baptist Church with Pastor Willie Gray officiating. She will be laid to rest in Gulfcrest Cemetery.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the Springhill Hospice staff, Sherri Bedgood RN, and personal caregivers Glenda Walters and Heather Jimerson.
