Howard James Bradford, 62, resident of Semmes, Alabama passed away on September 22, 2023. He was born on December 16, 1960. Howard was an avid church member at Faith Temple of Fairview and he loved the Lord with all of his heart. He joined the National Guard and was later honorably discharged. After his service, he worked as a truck driver and dispatcher for Gulf Cargo.
We will remember our daddy & Paw Paw for his kind heart, gentle spirit, sweet soul and his favorite saying "fair to middling, partly cloudy". We are blessed to have had him every day. We will miss him daily and are honored that he is now walking the streets of gold. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gayle Lester Bradford Jr., Barbara Ann Trame and his sister, Catherine Bradford Osborne.
He is survived by his children; Leslie (Adam) Hogan, Felicia (Bubba) Ott, Daniel (Leslie) Yohey, Belinda (Blane) Jones, sister; Susan "Susie" Bradford Smyers, brother; Gayle Lester Bradford III, grandchildren; Hunter, Colton, Braydin, Bayler, Vivian, Molly Grace, Myles, mother of his children; Lora Robinson and many other extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 from 11:00 - 12:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home. A funeral service will start at 12:00 PM with interment following in Spanish Fort, Alabama State Veterans Cemetery.
