Joseph Nelson Obituary

Joseph Wayne Nelson, 78, of Semmes, Alabama, passed away on August 22, 2024. He was born on July 29, 1946.

He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph Victor Nelson and Eunice Maples, wife; Renee Nelson, son; Jody Nelson and sister; Charlotte Scarbrough.

He is survived by his companion Sharon Pierce, two stepsisters: Brenda Nelson Sprinkle and Becky Cink, three nieces: Dina West (Danny) and Tammy Scarbrough, Dannon Weaver, two grandchildren; Kylie Glover and Kash Bradford.

A service will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Valhalla Memorial Funeral Home.
