Margaret Grace Early

   Margaret Grace Early, a longtime resident of Mobile County went to be with the Jesus on April 6. She was 85 years old. She was a longtime member of the Lott Road Assembly of God and more recently, Refuge Church. When asked her occupation, she would always say a homemaker, but she was much more. To her parents, she was a caregiver until their last breathes, a loving wife to her husband of 56 years, a best friend to her daughters, a second mother to her five grandchildren, and to her great-grandchildren she was Maw Maw that always had a hug to give. Margaret Grace Early is preceded in death by her husband John Early, her parents Lawrence and Irma Spence, and brother Don Spence.

   She is survived by her children Wanda Ballard, Ellen Hales (Mark), grandchildren Derek Ballard, Ashley Barrett, Joshua Logan, Daniel Ballard (Rachel), Matt McLeod, great-grandchildren, Olivia Ballard, Liam Ballard, Jasper Ballard.

   Visitation will be held on Monday, April 11, 2022, from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. Interment will follow in Valhalla Memorial Gardens.
