Peggy Lynn Jenkins

    Peggy Lynn Wilkerson Jenkins, 70, passed away on June 20, 2025. She was born in Union, MS on March 23, 1955, to the late James Monroe and Laura Mae Wilkerson.

    She was preceded in death by her son, Shane Jenkins; sister, Brenda Carol Russ; brother, William Monroe Wilkerson.

    Peggy is survived by her husband of 52 years, Homer Donald Jenkins; two sisters, Marie Graham (Gerald), Elizabeth Jenkins (George); one brother, Archie Wilkerson (Mary); grandchildren, McKenna Johnson, Stevie Claire Barnett; numerous nieces and nephews.

    A visitation will be held on Wednesday June 25, 2025, at Valhalla Memorial Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. followed by a chapel service at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be at Valhalla Memorial Gardens.

    In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
