Robert Otis Dossett

    Remembering Robert “Bo” Dossett Robert “Bo” Dossett went home to be with the Lord on January 2, 2024, passing away peacefully at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife. Bo leaves behind a large loving family including his children, Joy and Robbie, and his grandchildren. He’s also survived by his brothers Billy, Butch, Ruben, Donnie, and JoJo; his sister Robin; his beloved dog, Polly Pocket; and a slew of nieces, nephews, extended family, and lifelong friends.

    Bo was a simple man who never needed much more than his family, some good music, and a reason to laugh. He was a master at his trade, painting and remodeling homes with a level of skill and pride you just don’t see every day. But it wasn’t just his craftsmanship that made him special—it was the way he filled a room with his humor and charm. Bo had a saying for everything, and he sure knew how to turn a quiet moment into a memory filled with laughter. To know Bo was to love him, plain and simple. He had a way of making everyone feel like family, and his love and laughter will be deeply missed.

    We will be celebrating Bo’s life on Tuesday January 7th, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at The Cave (Revive Ministries, 601 Zeigler Circle, Mobile, AL 36618. Come share stories, laughter, and love as we honor a man who made the world a little brighter.
