Royal Rudolph Cochran

    Royal Rudolph Cochran, 88, of Eight Mile, AL passed away at his home on August 23, 2025. He was born in Wayne County, MS on December 15, 1936, to the late Solomon Turner Cochran and Thelma Cochran.

    He was preceded in death by his son Steven Cochran and stepson Randy Douglas.

    He is survived by his wife, Dorathy Pauline Cochran; daughter, Brenda Smith (Steve); stepchildren, Ricky Douglas (Vickie), Timothy Douglas (Frances); numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

    A visitation will be held on Wednesday August 27,2025 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Valhalla Memorial Funeral Home followed by a chapel service at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be at Valhalla Memorial Gardens.
