Sharron Grace Dumas Grissett

 Sharron Grace Dumas Grissett, born August 1, 1973, passed away at her residence Saturday, October 3, 2020. Sharron is preceded in death by her father; David (Buck) Dumas; brother, Dennis Dumas; Grandparents; Grace and W.D. Dumas, Claude and Addie Rae (Mama Rae) Weaver; uncles, Darrell (Dee) Weaver, Roger Weaver, Ruben Dumas, James (Monkey) Dumas, niece Ashlin Brook Rester; nephew Corey Allen Rester. Sharron was a proud member of Power of God Worship Center. Sharron was a loving wife, and a proud aunt of nephews that she claimed as her own.

Sharron is survived by her husband of 20 years, Jeff Grissett; mother, Virgie Dumas; two sisters, Darla Dumas Rester and Amanda (Sean) Hill;  nieces and nephews; Steven (Amber) Rester, Matthew Rester, Chris (Erica) Rester, Bradlee Rester, Mitchell Rester, Joseph Rester, Kevin Giles, James Ray (Brittany) Perkins Jr. and Kenneth Lee Perkins; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday October 8, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. with the funeral service beginning at 2:00. Pastor Ronnie Jarman and Perry McDaniel will be officiating. In addition, Chris Rester, Joseph Rester, Kevin Giles, Kenneth Perkins, James Perkins Jr., Matthew Rester, and Clint Lewis will serve as pallbearers.

Services will be held at Kushla Assembly of God, 6025 Hwy 45, Kushla, Alabama 36613.
