It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tammy Lynn Poole, a beloved daughter, aunt, and friend, who left us on January 15, 2025. Born in Mobile AL, in Vinegar Bend, Tammy embodied kindness in every aspect of her life and touched the hearts of all who knew her.
Tammy had an extraordinary love for animals, often extending her caring nature to every creature she encountered. Her home was a sanctuary not only for her treasured pets but for all those who required a gentle touch and a warm heart. Her compassion knew no bounds, and her friends and family often admired her unwavering dedication to the welfare of animals.
As a die-hard Alabama football fan, Tammy proudly cheered on her team with an enthusiasm that was infectious. Her spirit lit up every game day, uniting friends and family with her passion for the sport. Whether it was a nail-biting game or a simple gathering to watch, Tammy brought joy and laughter to those around her, making memories that will be cherished forever.
Above all, Tammy adored her beloved mother, with whom she shared an unbreakable bond. Their relationship was a testament to love, support, and devotion. She often spoke fondly of her childhood memories and the lessons learned from her mama, carrying those teachings in her heart wherever she went.
Tammy was also the proud aunt to her nieces and nephews, whom she cherished deeply. Her affection knew no limits; she made every birthday special, cheered the loudest at school events, and showered them with hugs and kindness. Her legacy of love will undoubtedly echo in their hearts as they remember their beloved Aunt Tammy.
Tammy is survived by her devoted mother, Rose Kelly; two brothers, Terry Poole, Greg (Charlotte) Poole; one sister, Cynthia Hamilton; her beloved nieces, nephews, and countless friends who admired her gentle spirit and cherished her friendship. She was preceded in death by her father Shannon Poole and stepdad Randall Kelly.
Tammy Lynn Poole's spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched. Her kindness, unwavering love for animals, and commitment to family will serve as an enduring reminder of how one person's heart can make a profound impact on the lives of so many. A celebration of her life will be held on Friday January 24, 2025, at Valhalla Memorial Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. followed by a chapel service at 12:00 p.m. where all are welcome to share their love and celebrate the remarkable woman that she was.
Rest in peace, dear Tammy. You will be missed more than words can express, but your spirit will continue to shine brightly in all of us.
