Obituary
William Edward "Billy" Helton, age 75, born Feb, 7, 1948 in Century, FL. to Aaron (Opal Young) Helton and departed this life on April 28, 2023. Billys life was very busy. He was a painter by trade working for Melvin Pierce Painting Co. and McMullen Construction Co. Billy served our country as an Army veteran where he served in the Vietnam War in the 70's. He attended K. J. Clark and Vigor High School where he made life long friends. Billy believed in Jesus Christ. He attended Trinity Faith Bible Church and later in life had several health issues, but God Healed him on April 28, 2023. Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Aaron (Opal Young) Helton, one brother, Wayne Helton, and a sister, Linda Falcon.
He was the proud parent of one daughter, Belinda Helton, two brothers, Larry Helton and Lester Helton, two sisters, Brenda Silvers and Betty Blehm, four grandchildren, Ray, Christopher, Miracle, and Grace. nieces, nephews, and other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 12, 2023, from Valhalla Funeral Home from 11:00 until 12:00 PM. Chapel services will follow at 12:00 with interment in Valhalla Memorial Gardens.
