William Randol Bishop

 William Randol Bishop (Billy), 85 born December 21, 1935 in Mobile Alabama passed away peacefully on June 2, 2021.  He was a retired heavy equipment operator, proud Marine, and devoted Auburn fan.  His favorite thing to do was to proclaim the gospel of Jesus as a lay minister.  He is preceded in death by his parents; William Alan Bishop and Clara Mae Steinackle, his sister; Rosemary Ladnier and his brother; Marvin Ray Bishop. 

 He is survived by his wife Shirley Bishop, children; Randy (Debbie) Bishop, Rhonda (Woody) Godwin, and Rosemary (Bobby) Stanford grandchildren; Tiffany (Travis) Francez, Randy (Bethany) Bishop, Nathan Godwin, Aaron (Jolene) Godwin, Jake Godwin, Ethan (Molly) Stanford, Ryan (Robyn) Stanford; great grandchildren; Caroline and Travis Francez, Paisley and Everly Bishop, Jackson, Elliot, and Cadence Godwin; nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

 His life will be honored Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at Valhalla Memorial Funeral Home.  Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm. until 1:00 pm. The Chapel Service will begin at 1:00 pm., with interment following immediately in Valhalla Memorial Gardens.
