William Michael Woods

William Micheal Woods, age 60, of Lucedale, Mississippi away May 7, 2024 surrounded by family. He was a loving husband, brother uncle and friend who will be missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Willie Ray Woods, Sr., Sarah Faye Woods and his brother; Scott DeWayne Woods.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 39 years; Vickey Woods; sisters; Sherrie (Matt) Chapman, Teresa (Dwight) Parnell, Rachel Woods, brothers; David (Tammy) Woods, Willie (Katherine) Woods, Jr., host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 10, 2024 from 11a - 12p. at Valhalla Funeral Home. A funeral service will start at 12p with interment following in Valhalla Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers: David Woods, Matthew Jones, Michael Williams, Joe Nelson Kyle Nelson, and Dwight Parnell. 

Honorary Pallbearers: Jonathan Parnell and Casey Henderson.
