We will miss Sadie so much. She always wanted her grandchildren to call her Sadie. She loved her family. She was a tough, independent women that liked to have fun. I remember when she rode the Mardi Gras floats. I will always cherish the ceramics she made in the 80's. I remember Swimming in the pool in the summertime at her house in Semmes. She always had RC cola and would give us some. The memories at Christmas's at her house on Hunter's Ridge are cherished. There is one memory that is stands out to me. I think I was 17 or 18 so I was driving age, and she sent me to JCPenny's to get a sweatshirt with the Elvis Postage Stamp on it. There was a button on it that played 'Retuned to Sender". She was so happy. I will miss talking on the phone with her on my drive home from work. I love you Sadie!
